Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order.
If the cancellation request is made before the order is processed or shipped, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the customer places the order.
If a customer requests cancellation before the order is shipped and within the allowed cancellation time, the cancellation will be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • All tags and labels must remain attached

  • Items damaged by customers or items returned without authorization will not be accepted

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is requested due to customer reasons (wrong size, changed mind, disliked item, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    The exact shipping fee will depend on the courier service used.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item received, defective product, damaged on arrival), the customer does NOT need to pay any shipping fee.
    We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement/refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at rivana@brightrivana.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
